What a partner offer is
A partner offer is a discount, an extended trial or a custom package that a vetted company makes available to brands we introduce. Some are published on the partner's page. Others are custom: the partner quotes based on your store and mentions our introduction.
We only list companies we'd be comfortable recommending to a client paying us every month.

Use the claim button or email us. Tell us your store URL and what you need.
We introduce you
We send a short introduction to the partner with the context they need, and copy you in.
The partner honours the offer
You deal directly with the partner. The offer, contract and service are between you and them.
How we are paid
Some partners pay us a referral fee or commission when a brand we introduce becomes their customer. It doesn't decide who we list. If a partner stops treating our clients well, we remove them.
We don't control partners' services, prices or terms, and we're not responsible for them. Always read the partner's own terms before you sign.

Partner questions
Do I need to be a SmartEcomSEO client to claim a partner offer?
No. Any Shopify brand can ask for an introduction. Clients may get extra context in the introduction because we already know their store, but the offers themselves are open to anyone the partner agrees to work with. Some partners have their own conditions, such as a minimum store size, which are listed on their page.
Does SmartEcomSEO earn money from partner offers?
Sometimes. Some partners pay us a referral fee or commission when a brand we introduce becomes their customer. We say this openly so you can weigh our recommendations with that in mind.
Who is responsible if a partner service goes wrong?
The partner. Once we introduce you, your contract, payment and service are directly with them, under their terms. Tell us if a partner does not honour an offer or treats you badly. We take that seriously and will remove partners who do not look after the brands we send them.
How do you choose partners?
We list companies whose work we have seen on Shopify stores, that respond quickly, and whose services fit the brands we serve, mainly high-ticket brands and Chinese brands selling to Western markets. Partners apply through our become-a-partner page and we review each application.
