### What should I include in my first message?

Your store URL, the countries you sell into, roughly how many products you have and their price range, and what you want to achieve. If you have run SEO before, tell us what worked and what did not. A Search Console screenshot of the last 12 months helps us give a useful first answer.

### Do you work with brands outside China?

Yes. We are based in Shenzhen, and our two core client groups are Chinese brands selling to Western markets and Western high-ticket brands selling products that cost $1,000 or more. Clients in the US, UK and elsewhere work with us by email, shared Google Sheets and scheduled calls.

### Can we speak Chinese with your team?

Yes. Chinese brands can reach us on WeChat and discuss projects in Chinese or English. The content we publish for Western markets is written and edited in native English, and reports can be discussed in either language.
